SEEC License for Industrial Energy AuditingMusanadah Energy Services is one of only a few firms in Saudi Arabia holding the highest, level 3 Industrial Energy Auditing license issued by the Saudi Energy Efficiency Center (SEEC), enabling us to handle major industrial plants and government projects overseen by Tarshid. Musanadah is authorized to carry out end-to-end energy efficiency projects including energy audits, engineering design, measurement and verification and full project life cycle management to develop energy efficiency and carbon reduction programs on all building and infrastructure assets across Saudi Arabia, including mega-projects and oil and gas plants. |

Aligned with Saudi Green Initiative Objectives
Saudi Green Initiative was launched by the Saudi Arabian Government in 2021 and has since played an important role in accelerating environment protection efforts, transitioning the energy sector, and implementing sustainability programs in various fields. It is a natural extension to Saudi Vision 2030 that also looks at improving the quality of life for generations to come.
Key targets include reducing emissions by 278 Mtpa carbon by 2030 and Musanadah Energy Services remains committed to helping Saudi companies achieve these sustainability and decarbonization goals, while also reducing their energy costs.

Featured Case Study: Dubai Festival City Mall
How CoolPlanet reduced energy consumption at Dubai Festival City Mall by 26%
Savings of almost 10 million AED ($2.7 million) were achieved at Festival City Mall as a result of the optimization measures.
Dubai Festival City is a 5.2 million sq. ft residential, business, and entertainment development in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is home to the Dubai Festival City Mall, which consists of over 400 retailers, 75 restaurants, cafés, and bistros, and parking for 6,500 cars. On average, the mall is open for 16 hours a day year-round. Dubai Festival City also hosts one of Dubai’s largest District Cooling Plants, which produces and circulates chilled water to the city’s energy transfer stations located at several retail outlets, a large shopping mall, a school, apartment blocks, and several hotels.
